    • Payment Data: We do not store your credit card details. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers (like Shopify Payments, Afterpay, or PayPal). They handle your financial data according to their own strict security standards.

  • Why Do We Need It?

    We use your data to:

    • Fulfill Orders: We can't ship a 48V battery to your house if we don't have your address!
    • Warranty & Service: To track your 2-year/65% capacity guarantee and provide technical support.
    • Compliance: To ensure we meet 2026 NSW safety regulations regarding the sale and tracking of lithium-ion batteries.
    • Communication: To send you order updates or (if you opt-in) news about new Hokus releases.

  • Who Do We Share It With?

    We only share your data with essential partners:
