The D-Lock 240 Extreme features a spacious 240 x 115mm internal locking area and a 14.1mm pentagon-shaped crossbar. Its extra-wide internal dimensions provide greater flexibility when securing larger bicycles, including mountain bikes, e-bikes, and fat bikes.

The lock combines a strong pentagon-shaped crossbar with a double deadbolt locking mechanism designed to provide protection against twist attacks. Additional steel plates reinforce vulnerable areas of the lock body, while the premium-quality cylinder is designed to provide protection against lock picking and manipulation.

The crossbar and lock body feature a soft polymer casing to help protect the bicycle frame from scratches and contact with the lock. Rust-free metal components provide protection against corrosion, while the UV-protected casing helps withstand exposure to the elements.

Covered by the manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. For best results, keep the lock clean and dry and avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning products. Check the locking mechanism regularly and use an appropriate lock lubricant when required. Store the lock in a dry place when not in use.
