Because Hokus e-bikes are high-performance vehicles equipped with 48V Lithium-ion batteries, they are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods. To ensure your bike arrives safely and in compliance with the 2026 NSW transport regulations, we use specialized couriers trained in the handling of electrical systems.

  • Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days for the East Coast (NSW, VIC, QLD). 7–12 business days for WA, SA, and NT.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your bike is dispatched.
  • Note: A signature is required upon delivery. Our courier will contact you to coordinate a delivery window.
